Alki Custom Home
A custom home located in the Alki neighborhood of Seattle built by Model/Remodel Contractors. The house sits on an extremely steep site with expansive views of Puget Sound.

This modest two-bedroom retreat is located on 20 acres and is just a short drive from Mt. Rainier.
Ambaum Place Apartments
A 28 unit apartment building consisting of 2 bedroom, 1 bedroom and studio units that also has 36 surface parking stalls, an exercise room and an outdoor play structure for kids.
Second-Story Addition
This project consisted of a second-story addition on an existing house in the Newcastle neighborhood of Bellevue. The new second story created a true master suite with views of downtown Seattle and a spa like master bathroom. The construction was carried out expertly by High Country Contractors.
Henderson Mixed-Use Building
This is a 4-story mixed-use building just two blocks from the Rainier Beach Light Rail Station. It has a total of 30 residential units and 2,000 sq. ft. of commercial space.
